Hi folks.
I inadvertently changed my personal email pw this weekend and forgot that I was using it for smtp email authentication on my emagen server as well.
so, I went and changed the smtp password today, but now I still can't get the emagen to send email.
When I logon to my mailbox and try to verify, I get a "Account 1 Failed: null" error.
My Email Account Settings:
Server:192.168.1.10 (internal ip is correct) User ID: 629 (the mailbox which sends mail) PW: My Mailbox PW IP Port: 143
I am certain that my smtp info is correct, because I am trying it on my email...
Is there any chance that IE7 is not playing nicely with emagen interface?
Any other ideas?
Is there a log I can find to see what is happening?
Thanks.

IP Port: 143
I'm using port 25
What are you using for e-mail. I would think Outlook. Question? Do you have unifed Message licences? Ir so how many? And how many people are using unifed MSG? Version of the e-magen? Version of the system? Did it work at one time?
Is there a log I can find to see what is happening? Put a sniffer on it with a hub.Ethereal is what I use. ( but the name change the wiz something now)
