Hi folks....it's been forever so I can't remember how to change my automated day/night greetings (and codes...for example:
"We are now closed. Press 1 for sales. 2 for rentals, " etc, etc. Can anybody help me remember?
Thanks.

We can help you, and would be happy to help you. Just need to know what voice mail do you have? Need more info! Do you have a I-magen or E-magen.
If your not sure look at the VM PC. There is usally a sticker on it. If you don't have a VM PC and have an IPEX card you have a E-Magen. But the E-magen can also be on a PC.

Looked over his old post and found he has a IPeX/EmaGen. Now the question is when the system was installed did the installer use the system prompts i.e. 111,121,141 or did he use a script mailbox. Hope this jogs the memory.
