I can't seem to remember, yet I am doubtfull, but is it possible to have multiple MOH channels on a 400 system ver 7.36?
There is a group of employees/partners breaking off from the firm, and they want to use our phone system temporarily, if they can get their own MOH, or at least turn it off for their calls.
I don't think I can turn this off or setup a second channel, but wanted to be sure.

Yes you can have up to 8 diffrent MOH sources You just have to add an OCD card with a MIM (for extra voice channels). It started in SB6 and that was a long time ago.

My recall only worked up to ver 5. That tells how long it's been since I've programmed one. Anyway we have the OCD cards and Mim mods.
