If this is a 3000 phone, it is not set up for PABX station in the default map as there are no MR keys. Try setting up a new DN number as an A30 and see if the phone will work. Don't forget the ECC password. If you need this phone to be a PBAX station instead of a key station you would have to build a map for this type of phone and sacrifice one of the feature keys like DND or Mute to make it an MR1 button. Or change the existing extension to key instead of pabx.

TG, Thanks for you help, I was just thinking this has to be something to do with the mapping, because I can't change it. And then when your help above about change to PABX vs Key phone. I'll give it a try.
