trying to figure out what as the problems on our system are for example:
cutting phone calls
loud noise intermitent
lights on phones lits all then after a few seconds just the ones in use.

Any Ideas on what to check?

cutting phone calls - handset cords, line cords, bad hookswitchs (that being the most common), toshiba has been known for that. r the phones digitals or electronic?

could have a bad card, try swapping cards...

this is being happening on all phones digiital and analog and it started this week

did you have an power spikes???????

do a reset.....then if you have to...default the system and reprogram......

did you add anything to the system since this started happening.........

yes we experience a spike that resulted in the general breaker being blown but the telephone system was in the UPS backup does this matter?
and how do I do the rest please explain the reset is easy but the rest is unknown to me at this point.

if system does not stabilize with a reset you are pretty much out of options. you need someone with tosh exp and (exchange stock as i call it) to find the parts which have been stressed by the power surge. "call the doctor"

The problem has not been stabilize seems that it's related to a microwave antenna connection but nevertheless we need and expert to work on it that has the tools to troubleshoot the system either in San Diego and/or TJ.
