local calls are now 11 digits.
Can you program restricted area codes
without an LCD Phone and if so can you tll me
the steps.

You need a LCD phone 'cause you have to enter the area codes. You possibly can do it without an LCD phone but you really should pick up a refurrbished one. R U Sure its a strata 12?? Like Mitch said you will need a Display phone,But I don't think that you can restrict any of the new area code in the Strata 12 because its not comatabile with NAPA.Unless if it was upgraded and I doubt that.
