We have a CTX 670 system with a VOIP card and phone installed. When I try it from our internal LAN, it works fine. When I hook it up to the LAN via our VPN, I can hear the person I'm calling but they can't hear me. My vendor has no experiance with VOIP. Can anyone point me in te right direction?

What ports did you have to open to allow the traffice for VOIP? I need them to setup my VOIP.

Unless your routers specifically support 802.1p you must disable it in the CTX or you will get no audio on the IP phone.
