New customer lost all programming, and I'm cleaning up the mess. Got everything except:

They have a 3rd party voicemail with operator/overflow to Box/Phantom 500. In *33 I set the owner of 500 to port 000. In 39 I put a ##500 on all the phones.

How the heck do I make the button ring out loud on one phone, or all phones? Right now it only flashes.

I don't have my manual with me but in my notes I have assign ringing in *71 - *73
You might look at those programs.

That's it, program *71-*73. *71 is for immediate ringing, *72 is for 8 second delay ringing, and *73 is for 24 second delay ringing. You would enter 500# in program *71 and light up the LEDs that correspond to the port number that should ring with phantom 500. Remember, LED 1 is port 000.

If my memory serves me correctly I believe the DK16e supports the phantom dn numbers and the plain DK16 does not. The incorrect manual would be a problem.
