Four cabinet system with 50 analog CO's ring into main anwsering point and get transferred out to individual extensions. Most of the extensions are able to have two calls on hold at thier extension and receive a third voice announce and call sent to them. There is one extension however that returns a BUSY when you try to send it that third call.
These are 10 button phones with identical Pooled Line Keys. I have looked in programs 30, 31, & 35 to make sure all phones are the same.
Any ideas? Hammer

Most definitely. If it was not, wouldn't I see the problem crop up after the first call is on hold and then you announce and transfer the second call? Why is it happening after 2 calls on hold and the third returns the busy?

You have 7 pool groups? I think that buttons 2, 3 and 4 should be 301 for this to work.

Yep 7 pool groups.
Why would all the other extensions be able to handle the third call, and this one cannot? They are all programmed the same.
I know, I'm racking my brain trying to understand it. Hammer

Um, do you mean program 16? The 50 CO's are split up into seven groups. I don't see the relevence to this problem?
