This is working for external calls transfered to my extension. But when an internal person calls my extension, they are getting a busy signal!? What do I need to do / change so that the second line rings for internal calls, and they dont get a busy signal?
I'm using a 424i, with this for the CF-NA: #603 500 ( Our voice mail extension ) Speed Dial 12 ( time delay ) Redial Speaker

Just replace the 603 (CF No Ans.) with 604 (CF Busy/No. Ans.) ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

604 will put the call directly into voicemail without ringing the second line, without giving me an option of pikcing it up, correct?
I want to be able to hear/see a second call come in when I am on the phone, and then have it go to VM if its not picked up after 4 rings.

Have you tried dialing a 2 (or a 12) after the extension to invoke busy override?

Change the system from tone first to ring first in programming. This will make all intercom calls go to voice mail after the CF-NA timer expires however all intercom calls will ring and not voice announce over the speaker
