I have a CTX100 with an internal Strategy VM card. The admin mailbox (999) used to work but now when I access it it just says "Thanks for calling, goodbye".
What do I need to do? I tried changing the extension to 999 (it was H), I tried 999H, and I tried resetting the password...
help!

Hmmm....I have another office that has a Strata 40i with the external Strategy VM. That one doesn't have a modem for me to access it with the software, and it does the same thing when I press 999.
Is this a different issue? Is this fixable without using the VM admin software?

Dialing 999 on a Stratagy Voice Mail will make it hang up, to access the mailbox dial * 999 then password to enter the mailbox. The H in the extension field is for hang up

Also, make sure the dnd is off in box 999 (so it processes whats in the extension field) and remains off so you don't create a possible loop if any other mailbox chain dones to it.
