Hi all,
I am trying to usel stratacontrol software to maintaine my DK40i.
I use direct connection to TSIU.
My question, what is the communication (RS232) parameter need to be set to use to communicate with DK40i box.
Your help would be appreciate and lots help for me.

7,E,1 and the baud rate depends on the TSIU port and what it's programmed for. If you don't know, try 300 and work your way up to 9600.

Thank you for your quick answer.
It's working now, I wasn't change the port speed on my notebook same as the communucation on the software. After I change the port speed the software start workings.
