I'm a Stratagy newbie trying to program voicemail notification using an included template called "Notify Login". After calling the user via an outside number and playing the username and number of messages, it asks for the security code. Then it's supposed to go to the system instructions and enter a "*" followed by the box number and security code to log the user in. It doesn't work, though, since the system doesn't seem to hear anything after the F (hookflash) which precedes the *. It just keeps playing the user instructions.
Is there some setting I'm missing that would allow this login to work?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Thanks for your response.
I couldn't find this configuration parameter in the Stratagy setup. Is it in KTX100 setup?
