Our company purchased and is in the process of installing a Contact DK on our CTX100. Suddenly the voicemail stopped answering calls completely. I have reset the system, deleted the card and rebuilt, but I can't get the vm to answer. Any thoughts?

The question is what leds are lit on the contact? Also, what color are they?
The contact also has to have a current software release. An older one out of a different system will not work.
As far as the Stratagy, it is about as old as the contact....

Only the Status light is on and it is green. When I dial any of the vm ports, the port on the card does not light.

Swapped VM with a CO slot and reprogrammed. It is now answering. I went through setup again in the vm and set up all the mailboxes.
Now when I dial voicemail, rather than getting into my mailbox (203) it prompts to record a message. Is the CTX not set to send the right number of digits perhaps? If I have 3-digit ext numbers what should 579-05, 06, and 17 be?

Check prog 579 FB14. For a Stratagy, I change the value to 92. Not sure what it would be for the Contact. Leave FB 5,6,7 as default.

I would save the effort and upgrade vm. you will have nothing but problems with that system, and the ivp8 would work very well. you may want to hire a toshiba tech to save your self time.
