OK guys I think I am getting closer here......
The customer has always had access to 19 voice channels....... The last 3 channels (17,18,19) are not working....and these are the first channels the switch is grabbing to dial out L.D.
For some reason the customer only has access to 16 of thier 19 channels.....
Like we said....AT&T.....so I reprogrammed the switch to have access to only the 16...so they could utilize what they have....
Any Thoughts

Are you sure it isn't a partial T-1, this means they only turn up 12 channels.
To test take b channels 13-24 out of the dial out pool.

No....they have always had 19 channels for voice.
The switch grabs 19, then 18, then 17 and so on to dial out.
These 3 channels are just dead air.....but 16 thru 1 work.....

I know this is an obvious question but they are the ones that I over look. Is your card programmed for a 16 or 24 port card in program 03

It is programmed for 24....
Nothing changed from the original setting when everything was working before this last Monday......
The one thing the customer states he did was powered off he system......he doesnt know if the T1 was working before this was done.....first he said it wasnt then he said it was....so who knows...
I am not looking at the cabinet right now but I believe there are 2 slots open to the right...

ditto martin we have had the same luck with providers you have to prove them wrong (we have never had a T-1 or PRI with a trouble that was programmed correctly that was a Toshiba fault) however I would double check the programs in the DK related to T-1 especially the ones that require power reset before burning to memory to make sure they were not changed when customer powered down, just to cover you ass. Good luck!
