I am looking for the stratagy admin. software to connect to IVP8 voice mail. Anyone know where I can get it.

voyager, i've seen 2 posts by people looking for the ivp8 r2 admin software, you told both they had a pm.
my question is....are you telling them not to post stuff like that here, or where to get the software? i only ask because....if, hypothetically, someone else was looking for the same thing as these 2, should he bother asking? hypothetically.....

Toshiba techs can download the SW from Toshiba's site. We also get CD's when we get a new system.
If the customer wants, we will give them a copy, or install it for them. We even give the customers a link to our private web site to download.
I guess the question would be, would it be against the licensing agreement to post a link to download the Admin SW? If not, who will share their banwidth to share the file? Is the Admin SW by itself a security risk if passwords are not also given?

the system is new(customer is a national account and got it themselves straight from toshiba), the only software that came with it was the documentation cd, and there ain't no programmer on it, i've been though it 4 times. customer's telecom dept has e-mailed me what they thought was the programmer, but it isn't.
the company i used to work for was a toshiba dealer, but they closed about a yr ago so i'm on my own now. customer is also iwatsu global account and that's how they got to me. i'm certified in dk and amanda but not stratagy. even though amanda and stratagy are the same thing it's not good enough to get me access

Did you get what you were looking for , if the IVP8 is rel 2 you need the X4admin

nope still lookin....customer's telcom dept guy i've been dealing with was out today.
it's definately an r2, and the x4admin is what i'm looking for....hypothetically...
