Hello all, I have been working on a problem and can not seem to come up with a solution. When I forward an extension Call forward all external to a cell phone I have encountered a problem that I cant seem to fix. I forward the extension to the cell phone and it works fine except when the caller leaves a message on the cell phones mailbox. When a call is forwarded through the CTX, naturally a conference call is established by the CTX in order to call the cell phone. It works fine if the user actually answers the cell phone. If the user misses the call and the caller is forced to leave a message on the cell phone voice mail, the user never gets the message because the line that is conferenced in order to call the cell phone is not disconnecting after the caller hangs up.Since the line will not disconnect, the cell phone voice mail will not accept the message unless the caller actually presses one for more options and then presses one again to send the message. If the caller simply hangs up the message is not being received. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thanks, Darren

Are you getting a disconnect from the dial tone provider?????there is a setting I believe in the OLG program for supervised or non supervised disconnect might check both of these.

Steve might be onto something. If you are using analog trunks, look in Trunk Assignments. There is an option there for disconnect supervision. Is the carrier sending disconnect?? Thats the other big question. Make sure they are. Here's how to test it.....
Make a call into the system on your cell. Put the call on hold in the CTX. Then hang up the cell phone. Does the flashing line key go out immediately? If yes, then the CO is sending disconnect supervision. Check Trunk Assignments.
If the flashing line key does not go out immediately, the CO is NOT sending disconnect. Call the provider.
Good Luck
Dan
