First time posting, so Hi everyone. smile

Just got assigned to a new site that has a Toshiba system. First one I've fooled with.

In order to program forwarding to the AVA vm system I need to send an asterik (int,#656,*,vmID,rdl). These new ext's however, will not accept that * when pressed. I've copied most class of service codes from another existing ext that works just fine with the above statement.

Going thru the 424 manual now, but if someone can point me in the direction of the right prog to look at, I would much appreciate it.

Btw, I've seen that there isn't much available online regarding AVA vm systems, but I do have a manual for it if anyone needs any references feel free to pm me.

Jeebuzzin, please take a moment to finish filling out your profile, as we here like to know where you are because some programming stuff is different in different parts of the world. That said, you should make sure that a speed dial key is programmed on each one of the sets you are trying to forward. Seems as though Toshiba didn't include the * and # functionality with the phone unless a speed dial key was programmed. Try that and see what happens. welcome

Program 39 to assign buttons code for speed dial key is 497
Usually the top button on 10 buttons and top right on 20 buttons.

You should probably check program 38 first to make sure template matches installed set.

Reminder to fill out our profile as Phil requested and welcome and good luck.

Post back your results.
