I have DKi Admin on my laptop. I am able to login and communicate with my systems but when I want to "View Cabinet Diagram"... DKi Admin immediately closes and I have to start over. It will not let me "View Cabinet Diagram". Any help?

I'm not sure of the version but it was the last version before Toshiba stopped supporting DKi Admin.
I work for a Toshiba Dealer but Toshiba no longer supports DKi_Admin.
Help?

You should have access to the FYI site if you work for a dealer, go there and download the latest.

Answered you by PM but will post this here for the other members.
Way back when... when I serviced the DK's regularly if you called Toshiba Tech Support for help with the DKadmin the first thing the tech would tell you is "do the programming with the phone" as the DKadmin causes more than its share of problems. Do yourself a favor get the program sheets upto date and key the programming in with the phone. IMHO DKadmin is OK for backup and emergency restore but I wouldn't use it to do everyday programming.
Also 4.3.3a is the first DKadmin to be released that doesnt require the dongle key, and the last of the DK software. I doubt Toshiba will offer a fix for it now.

FOR YOUR MEMBERS>>> Thank you for the PM. I agree that the DKi Admin application was a piece of crap. I have a DKT2020-SD telephone for programming and have been programming Toshiba for 24 years. I have full access to FYI and Toshiba Tech Support. I have a small glitch with the DKi Admin application and I was hoping this forum would help. Can I start the question over? Good Icon>>> :bang:

I dont understand. You have all the resources provided by the manufacture and you ask why there program doesnt work here. Maybe a call to tech support that you have access to would be in order.
