I have a CTX 670 with a DID ringing to a phantom (410) programmed on 4 phones. I have the phantom programmed like this:
owner = 224 set to Tone first Display DN = 410 VM ID = 410 SCF = 3 (Busy/NA to VM) MSG Center = 500
I have the DID (1642) programmed as Dialing Digits to 410 in all modes and then the VM ID and DID/DNIS ID set to 410
Calls ringing this DID on the phantom are not forwarding to mailbox 410.
Any ideas why?

Hi Amy, I am not sure about CTX but maybe it because its phantom and rings at 4 places at the same time. have you tried to dial 410 internally and see if it will end up in the MB.

I've had this happen i had to delete the phantom and re-create it using a different phantom number
First i deleted it and re-created it still didn't work for some reason i had to change the number like the phantom got corrupted in the software and deleting it didn't fix it
