Hello everyone I have a DK 40 and I just installed a expansion with a RCIU card. My trouble is, when an inbound call rings,I get no CID untill the call is answered.
I recently installed a RCIU in a DK424 and it worked perfct. I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Is it in Slot 17? Never install it in slot 18!
It got me once...won't get me again!

To bad you couldn't get a TCIU. It would be alot easier no half tap and extra mod plugs.

Try this...press either the mode or page key on the display while the phone is ringing.
