amy, thanks for your response. Yes, I'm trying to program a one touch to not only dial VM then enter the security code, but to tell it to send a message to another (specific)user. It's on a phantom because this is the receptionist/office secretary, and they insisted she needs a seperate voicemail/extension, and wouldn't listen when our tosh vendor and myself told them a seperate phone would be the way to go. She is constantly having to leave VM messages for the boss, and I want to cut down on the time it takes her to do that so she can spend more time helping ME
