We are opening an office across town, so I would like to more-or-less duplicate my system. Offices will be mostly independent, so not necessary to integrate phone lines and voicemail. Offsite transfers should be just fine.

I currently administer:
CTX100
RSTU incomming 8 lines in hunt group
BWDKU 16 port
BDKU/BKDS 16 port
RCOU 4 port to AMANDA SOHO VM

System works fine. Is there any compelling reason to not get another CTX100 for the second office?

The only change I can think of is to switch from AMANDA SOHO VM to Toshiba VM.

I am open to general suggestions, or equipment for sale.

I think it would be a good idea to keep your systems uniform. You might want to get a CIX instead of the CTX as that is the current software and system. I cannot see why you would want to learn to administer a new system if you already understand your Toshiba fairly well.
I must, however, make a couple of minor corrections to your post...
The RCOU is your CO (incoming line card) and most likely has an RCOS daughter board on it to make take 8 lines. The RSTU is your S/L card for the voice mail ports.

If in the future you close one of your locations the system cards and telephone sets can be combined at one location with little or no expense.
Sound choice to stick with a good product for flexability and growth.

Agree with the others above on the other issues...ie, Staratagy versus Amanda.
