Okay let me start by explaining what we (end user) wants to do, and see if I can break it down technically.
We're a real estate office and we advertise different numbers in different sources (one on our website, diff # in each magazine, etc).
It would be helpful if we could get the DNIS to display if someone calls in from one of those numbers, IF and only if we can choose while in-call (press a button or something) display of either DNIS or ANI. Is that something that is even an option?
The powers that be (ie da boss) asked me to check so thanks for any replies that may earn me brownie points!

Not knowing what Toshiba system you are using, try double tapping the conf/trans key.

It's a CIX100.

You can label the DID number as a DNIS number if you would like.
