I have a Stratagy Dk VM That attempts to Load.
I can wach what is happening through the COM 2 port but can,t exit to the DOS Prompt.
When the load halts I.m ledt with something called SYSVUE.
With this I can do some simple key inputs such as type help and receive options for input.
I strongly believe I just have a bad MB but can't get to it.
Need some help with commands.
By the way the screen says Booting system when it Halts.

Can you log into it with the Admin Software? I will check on SYSVUE

On a Stratagy DK you have to remove a jumper to enable DOS access. It's been a while so I don't remember exactly where it is, but there's one jumper on a block of 4 or 5 positions.

Thanks for the info.
The Jumpers have been removed but still have the same problem.
It loads to the point that is says Loading database and stops and comes back with
SysVue

Do you know what rel. it is , Release 3 software has a feature called Automatic System Recovery. If an
unsuccessful startup is detected by the program, the system copies the problem files to a
subdirectory and restarts using the last successful startup files (i.e., Stratagy DK batch and
configuration files, and mailbox database). Sounds like it may be dead.

If the database and the config files are corrupt, there is a way to reset the voicemail to its original default status

I beleive it is a R 3
If I can get past this Halt problem I think we may have it.
The SysVue is interesting because it allows you to look at a great deal of info through the Help screen.
By either typing help of the old Pbx ?

Have you tried the normal terminate batch commands?

Is the batch command terminate the F5 or control c
If so Ive tried both.

I guess we must have given up the ship.
One of the last things I did recall is during the boot up process it did say something about stratagy 1.3 award winning software. Thats an oldi.
Any comments are more than welcome.
