I believe it means that the processor isn't able to see the card.

I would get a certified person to take a look at it for you, it could be several different things. If it is a license issue or a bad out of box issue you will need a dealer to assist with that. The CTX100 came with limited out of the box licenses and different processor cards. If this was purchased off the open market, ie,... e-bay, resellers...etc. you might have been duped. Todays telephone systems are more in depth than the past key systems of yesterday. You might want to call Toshiba up and give them the numbers off your equipment and possibly they can assist you in getting the system configured how you would like. OBTW--> I hope you enjoy the site and if I can be of assistance please let me know!

My company purchase it 2-3 years ago, I was not emplyee back then. They bought it from a Dealer so it should be ok.
I've worked past 2-3 weeks a lot. I read everyting and I even writen a fiew scripts to read from the CTX directly without the eManager - stuff like who's phone is offHook, Directory, Key assigments e.t.c. But I can't seem to install a single IPT.
My bosses are little strange I have done a lot of improvements for the company, but when I first propose a improvement the say no, and when I install it anyway they realy like them. It's the same with the IPTs - I need to show the benefits and the convenience and the they are like wow that's great ... just crazy
P.S. Thaks for the wellcome, this is realy cool site ...

CR means that you've programmed the card in the Card Assignments, but like Phil said, the system isn't able to see the card.
What software version is the system? ME-MK?
Which slot are you installing it in? Try a different slot?
Have you initialised the system? Initialising should auto-detect PCB cards. Careful, this would be a SYSTEM FORMAT command. Backup data b4 initialising.
Do you have another system to test the card on?
Is there a constant heartbeat (blinking red LED) on the BIPU?
Does the red LED light up when you connect a networking device via a network cable?
