I am having a problem when I try to log into E-Manager Version 4.12A05. I am receiving the following message: "Failed to connect to CIX/CTX," then it lists the IP address; "No response from device". When I click on "ok", I get this message: "CIX/CTX device cannot be connected". I connected a few weeks ago without a problem and I'm sure it's an easy fix, I just don't know what it is and would really appreciate any advice.

What is the IP address of the CTX/CIX that you are trying to connect to and what is the IP address of the pc that you are using. They both must be on the same subnet.

You might have to recycle power on the CIX.
