I have an IES/32 voicemail that once in a while the cooling fan will get very noisy and then the voicemail dies. I think that when this happens it is over heating. We then have to reboot the voicemail and it will be good for a few weeks. Has anyone replaced the cooling fan and if so where do I get one?

You need to get a back-up off of the voicemail ASAP, and then get a replacement. This usually means that your voicemail isnt gonna last very much longer. Hopefully it is still under warranty.

I have had very good luck by installing PC case fans in the face of the CTX. Install them so they are in front of your IES and have the air flow blowing in, not out. If you take your time and are neat they look pretty cool. I have not had a single failure in what, 4 years now. The system needs to be vented, this works well, I can send pics if you like. If you are careful you can replace the CPU fan as well, just go down to your local computer store and match up the fan. Get your case fans while you are there.
