I have a client who wants me to setup the dk40i so that, a caller coming in on line 5 rings at ext 16 and 13, then if neither answer, caller goes to VM box 13.
From what i found we cant do that, so if anyone knows how to please help me.

Thanks a million

On those 2 phones add a Phdn extension say 500 then go to program *81 and direct line 5 to Phdn extension 500 and on the owners phone of 500 call forward no answer to vm. Then once again on the owners phone of 500 press 500 and set voice mail codes for mailbox 13
