I have a Dk 40 but have some problems with setup
1. Line Ringing : is it passible to distinguish Ring tone on One of the Lines from The Rest ?
2. Line Selection & Pickup:
When the Lines Ring i want some one to select the line that is ringing (Pressing Line Key not Just pickup the hendset or speaker)The perfect option Would be if I could Pick All Lines With Headset or Speaker but Only One Line L06 to Pick up you have to Phisically Press the Key Button

3. Voice Mail Integration With either 2 tenants or redirection to Selected Phone on the System where the anouncement will be from the Mailbox Itself
I have strategy Vmail with 4 Ports but need to modify either
VM1 VM2 or call forward to a Phone mailbox where if no answer after 6 rings that particular lin was answer by specific phone and announcement on that phone vmail

1. No, only on a per station basis and only 3 options.

2. We'll need a clarification on this... it sounds like you want to physically press the line that is ringing and NOT have it auto pick-up. Is that correct?

3. Once again a little clarification... Yes, you can do two tenants. Did you want to assign 2 ports for each tenant?

Ok. as Per2 Well is it passible to Have some Lines to Auto Pickup When Lift the Handle and Only 1 That have to be pressed Button
Example 6 lines All Ringing
L1- L5 Auto Pickup or Speaker

L6 - In order to Pickup When Ringing have to Pressd Line Button.

All if Not Possible on Specific Workstations Lines Will Ring But in Order to Pick up you have to Press the Line Button,

3. I'm Trying to Find A Solution Where if L6 Belongs To 2nd Company Whnt the line isnt answered it Will Either Go to VM with Another Greeting .so it does not have to be For company1 press 1 for company 2 press 2
Just When After 7 Rings if there is no Answer on Line 6 It Automatically get Redirected To Extention with Greeting for Company2

How Would This Work In2 tenants do we have to Destingnate 2 ports per Company and is there posibilities of the Vms ever to Colide One with The Other?

1.Ring Preference applies only per station not per line. In order to answer line by pressing button you have to make that line not to ring at that extension.
2. You can't have different ring pattern or pitch for chosen line. They all the same.
3. maximum delay on RNA is 24 sec which is equal 6 rings Com.*89.
You have to have Strategy Admin software to make to different Company to answer differently on Incoming calls or to make different lines to be answered by different ports.

Where can i get the Software ?

Create a phantom DN then CF that PHDN to vmail. Create mailbox for that PHDN. Record with different company greeting, set it up like an info box only and not allowed to store messages. Set up menu features keys. Set your CO6 to ring that PHDN.

How Do You Create Phantom DN can you Tell me the Steps ?
