Hi All. we have just upgraded a Ctx from mk049 to mk062 also we upgraded the Windows operator console to 140T from 130J, since doing this the operator has trouble transferring calls intermittently, it is pretty random and i can see no pattern to the problem, the transfer key is greyed out when the fault occurs, the pc is running Win2000 pro, from the documentation I can see that 140T is supported for this, I have made sure all anti virus is disabled also the same for the firewall, it was ok before the upgrade, could it possibly be a csta issue on the new version ? any ideas !!!

MK043 has been on FYI since june 06. They are up to MK063 (from Nov 08)on their tech support web site. You loggin with dealer code and PIN.

I don't know why they are not releasing anything else on FYI anymore. They just release fixes for 3.10 now. MK050 is the fix for the NIC lockup problem.
