Have reset it two times. The system still seems to be procesing calls. We have had alot of bad storms in the area the last few weeks and I did have to replace a power supply in one cabinet.
Thought maybe someone had seen this before.

You may have lost your com port on your laptop , move the cable to the bottom com port on the IVP8 , and open hyper terminal ,9600 ,8 ,n ,1 for R1 and 56700 ,8,n,1 for R2.Then reboot the voicemail , you should see it booting up. If you don't see it boot up your com port maybe bad.

I did as you suggested and was able to see it booting up. Moved the cable back to top and still unable to connect.

daco do you have access to a copy of VMmanager?

If I remember and one of the mods can correct me if I'm wrong here, there was a issue, if using the incorrect voicemail admin software with Flash and IVP8 and DK cards. I wonder if he has the wrong software for the IVP8 and has hosed the interface?
