Hi guys,
Im new to the board, and new to phone management! But I need help in accessng our CIX100 system. I got the emanager from a vendor, and installed it on my laptop. I have connected it to our peer to peer network with the CIX. However, I cannot get emanager to boot. A browser window opens briefly when I select the icon, but then closes almost immediately.

I have also tried accessing the phone system by typing the IP address on my browser, no luck. Can anyone help?

I also saw that a emanager user was created on the laptop, is this normal?

Im operating Windows XP.

Turn off your pop-up blocker. That is why the window flashes then closes.
