Hi folks, its the rookie again. So here is my issue...
I set CF-All calls: +6011+ new ext

phone call rings in, its fwd to new extension, but if it is not picked up, it goes back to the voicemail of the original extension, how can I have the voicemail go to the fd extension.

Also, in the CIX 100, are tehre only 4 scenarios (templates) to fwd a call? Does this mean If i want permanently to fwd calls from a particular extension to another I can only do this 3 different ways with the cix system

Thanks again for all of you guys's help!

in system data you would need to turn on "system call forward cascade".

if you want to do a call forward that is only on a single phone you just have to use the intercom codes as they will override the system call forwarding profile.

sorry If this question is dumb, but I only have 3 days experience on this so far...intercom codes? I think I can figure out what they are from the name but I rather hear it from someone in the know!

Intercom codes is basically the feature codes. For example, #6011 which is what you're using for call forwarding is a feature code.
