Got a DK 8 but the manuels i have show restriction program 41 and port number only 2 digits there. Want to unrestrict ext.15. Can someone tell me what program it is and wouldnt the port be 04?

What is the question? Port 04 should be ext. 15 and prog 41 is the program for outgoing call restriction per line.

when I put 04 and press # then nothing happens. Cant move on to the next step. No lights Is there another program to restrict all outgoing calls for a station? Trying to take it off of restriction to allow all outgoing calls.

Compare the LED status to another port that has no restrictions (i.e. - port 00, port 01, etc.)

Are you able to access the CO lines on port 04?
If so, are you able to break dial-tone?
If so, are there some numbers you can dial, or is it 100% restricted?
