Working with DK424 Ver B2CAU/B4. Trying to program analog cordless to ring at same time as front desk phone on incomming DID calls. Unable to find multiple call groups in programming manual. Unable to configure Phantom ext on analog cordless. Mostly just confused. Thanks for any help.

You have to use PhDN. DK424 does not use multiple call group.

No multiple call groups or ring groups exist on the DK. You cannot make an slt ring in conjunction with a dkt/ekt set, but you can make a dkt ring in conjunction with an slt. That's because in prog 39, you can place an SDN on a dkt/ekt but you can't program an SDN on an slt. In your situation, I would advise against it because you wouldn't want to target a single-line phone if you expect to recieve multiple calls. But if you wanted to... Prog 71 target the port of the cordless. Prog 39, place a SDN appearance of the cordless on the front desk phone. Prog *71 assign ringing of cordless to desk phone port.
