Have a CTX 670 rls 3.10
They want to do a Supervised transfer and sometimes a conference with a ACD agent. This does not work. The called ACD queue just rings, it never gets dropped to the queue. Blind transfers work great.
For now, I have them doing the transfer to the external number that rings the group, that works fine.
Any way around this?, or is it just the way it is.

I think that's the way it is, and the transfer to outside number is how I've done it in the past. What ACD system is it?

You will have to call a DN or PhDN directly instead of the pilot DN of ACD.
