Hello everyone, and thanks in advance for any help. I have a sub with a new CIX100 w/vm using DKT2000 series phones. Some are 2010H's, 2010SD's, and 2020SD's. I cannot get the cnf/trn button to work on any incoming CO line call including those on the 2020SD. This was noticed today when they were unable to use cnf/trn to conference two outgoing CO lines. Anyone have any ideas as to the problem?

Make sure "answer supervision" is disabled for each trunk.
