I am looking to get some info on using Total View management software with a Toshiba CIX670. I have a customer that currently has an Nortel system and has a call center with what I beleive is Simposium. They use Total View as a management software. I am not 100% positive on this and I have attempted to get information from the customers current PBX vendor and the Company that makes Total View. I really could use some clarification on this setup if anyone has ran into this setup before. If its not going to work with Toshiba then I need to know before going any further. I contacted Toshiba Tech support and Sales support about this and they said we would integrate the same way it does now but I was unable to clarify the integration that they currently use... Any Help would be great.

to administer the ACD groups you use the ACD adminstrator program that is bundled with the Toshiba ACD call centre software.
For reporting software you have 2 options Toshiba TASKE reporting or Sension MIS reporting both integrate with the Toshiba ACD.
I have not come across anyone using any other software for realtime ACD reporting software. If it is SMDR based then there are 1000,s of call accounting packages available using either RS232 or LAN collection methods.
Someone from the US might have used something that I am not aware of. Hope that helps.
