not stupid, I must have an issue elsewhere then because, with the 200 having a mailbox, when someone calls our main line, it goes directly into that extensions mailbox and not the main line scenario....grr...

Is 200 the only phone that rings ? If so that is the problem , program another port to ring , even if it is not in use.

thanks, there are three other ports set to ring after 12 seconds, operations people. I did go ahead and set an unused port to ring immediately just to test your theory.

originally, and I brainfarted most of this, we had the main line set to go to f510/f150/p300 of which on 200 I had the ph510 programmed along with the three phones in the ops area also having said ph510 mapping, had 200 and 510 in 71-73 set to ring immediately on 200/510 (owner) and 12 second delay ring on the three ops extensions.

this all worked fine till they decided they wanted the main line to ring up front, then with delay it would also start ringing the three ops extensions, then if no answer after x time, roll into the AA.

Currently I have most of the scenario working with main line ringing p200/p200/p300, p200 & ph510 forwarding to 300 after 30sec, 200 pushing vm-cf-id 300 to ivp8, 200h created and that fakey do also ring on 274 immediately....

everything works as planned, however, the three ops ext in back are not ringing off 200 or 510?

Ideally I would like them to ring after a delay while also continuing to ring 200 till the vm timer has run out...how if *71-*73 are showing for 200 and 510 to also ring on the three back ext and it isn't ringing them?

also, the original issue of 'invalid entry' has been resolved, when pressing 0 in directions, it does ring back to 200 now....
