I have two DKT-3010-SD phones with Plantronic headsets on Senheiser switches. When I make a call with the headset on and the switch set to headset, it works fine. When someone calls in with the switch on headset, the intercom is on when the call in answered. I set a Release/Answer button, but the intercom picks up instead of the headset.
How do I set the headset to work when picking up calls?

Did you install it inline with the handset cord, or did you install a BHEU?

Basically,
Making calls = Good. Answering calls = Loud speaker / intercom.
It works fine if you pick up the handset when answering calls on the headset, but that isn't a feasible option for them.
