very odd issue...

DK280 + IVP8 + DKT2010/DKT2020 phones

three phones I have identified, two 2020sd's and a 2010sd that if the user wants to try and check their voicemail but the voicemail light is not blinking, cannot...when they dial 300, wait for the initial recording then press *, it should ask for user ID, however, it is like the * does not work on those phones, my phone, a 2020sd works fine. another 2010sd I have sitting on my desk works fine as well (that ext has no vm but that is irrelevant)

the only odd thing that correlates to anything I can think of is the three phones in question, are all *71-*73 ring phones off x200/receptionist phone.

I have verified that they all have their correct CFVM-ID's correct for each extension.

I have verified the port attributes are the same for my extension as they are on one of the example extensions.

Directory Number Administration all jives with everything else...changing something then back to re-save/upload just because.

anyone have any clue what the issue might be?

going to reboot the phone system here in a sec...it has been known to burp from time to time and a reboot sometimes clears that up...

rebooted the IVP8, no joy...waiting to reboot the phone system

Just off the top of my head, is a Speed Dial key programmed for those phones?

If not, program one in, then try again.
