I recently deployed an IPT2020-sd phone. But, for some reason it's showing up in LVL2OAI as a dkt3000.

Where can I change that?

It's causing the ACD stuff not to display correctly on the lcd screen.

Thanks.

Did you click on the "sync with switch" in the LVL2OAI device tab?

Yup,

I tried to change it to a DKT2000, but when i resyncs, it resets to a dkt3000.

As a side note, I'm calling around to get the exact model number of the phones, but they are looking like they are all ipt2020-sd's. But in the LVL2OAI, some are reported as

DKT3000
DKT2000
DP5100

I'll verify later, but my initial calling around is showing them all to be ipt2020-sd's.

Thanks.

Sorry, I stand corrected. The Dp5100's are IP5132-SD, but I know the others are ipt2020-sd's.

I've had a similar problem recently, I upgraded the Acd/LvL2/TKI and this cured the fault.
Cheers
