Our company outgoing caller ID is the main line and I want to set up different groups to use another line so the caller ID will show correctly. When I go into the CO Programs in DK Admin I don't see any line information or a way to change it. Can someone help me

Thanks for the response. Your information has helped. We found out that the T1 we are using will only send 1 caller ID and we have to upgrade to a PRI T1
