wondering if someone could help me out here since toshiba tech support is closed. I read the solution from fyi but it doesnt seem to work, i am trying to access the ies32 via netmeeting but am getting the error "your party is not accepting incomming calls" i reboot the voicemail both by shutting it down and resetting the entire system but still get the same error. I also need to reset the default password since i cannot login with the admin and the default username and password. if someone could pm me the info that would be great. merry xmas!

have you enabled "make secure outgoing calls" in the settings of netmeeting as this will give you the same error message if not enabled.

The password change is in the registry of the iES32 if you know where to look. You will only be able to do this once connected via netmeeting.

good luck

I do have the "make secure calls" enabled, i am starting to think that it could have something to do with my vista machine. I am going to try to use a xp or 2000 machine and see if it gives me the same error. Thanks for the hint on the registry, possible you know the registry key to look at?

Well that could be the problem, there is a Microsoft patch KB980436 on Vista/7 and server 2003 that when downloaded and installed stops Netmeeting from working with the IES, If you have it on your pc try uninstalling the update then try.
