My customer has requested that 8 lines need to be answered with a brief greeting and but into a hold que to be answered on DKT's by a live person. Is a RKYS the way to go?? I am sure there will be some programming as well. Thanks in advance....Drew

This will put the call on hold after a brief message correct? Is there any other hardware required? How many calls will this handle simultaneously. Thanks Drew

You must provide the pacifier message and the hardware to play that message. An example of the hardware can be the Viking digital announcers like the DVA-3003.
