Hey guys,

Thank you for helping me in the past with my telephone issues; I apologize if this is redundant, and has been posted before.

I'm trying to figure out how to determine which ports are assigned to ring for each line at our office, and how to turn off/on those phones. We've changed up our setup a few times.

Is there a specific program that I have to use?

Thanks again in advance!

we will need more information to be able to answer your question.

1. what type of lines do you have PSTN or ISDN?
2. are you using line keys or GCO keys on the handsets?
3. do you have any multiple call groups or hunt groups setup?

If you have a multiple call group take a look at the members and see if they are the same as the ones that ring currently and this might be all that need to be adjusted to your new requirements.
If not you will have to work out how the lines are setup and what they are targetted at.

If coming in as DID on a DK280 system, I'd look at Prog *09 first. If that doesn't work, I'd look at DNIS programming in Prog 71.
