How can I change the IP Address for a StratagyES voicemail system?

I have the Administration tool (4.705), but I don't see anywhere where it references an IP Address. The only thing I see a reference to an IP Address of an email server, and one for the phone system itself.

We recently made some networking upgrades and have changed Gateways and Subnet IP information around and I probably need to update this system since I had to do the CIX boxes.

Thanks
Daren

You will have to change the IP addresses in both the CIX and Stratagy. If you're not careful, you could lose the integration between the CIX and the Stratagy. I would suggest having a tech come out and do this for you.

I have changed the Addresses in the CIX. But where do I go to change it in Stratagy?

You will need Admninistrator rights through NetMeeting

Now available Voicemail Programmer Kit to program your Toshiba Voice Mail across your network.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I wasn't able to successfully login using NetMeeting.. but I searched the documentation for NetMeeting and got to the section that explains this.

I will probably have to get out the console cable.

Netmeeting works for the Stratagy iES, the internal voicemail card. If you have a PC based stand alone Stratagy ES voicemail system, then you will have to break out a monitor and keyboard if none are attached.

We do have the iES version. I entered the wrong password into Netmeeting the first time around, and it wouldn't accept any more connections.

Today when I tried it, I got right in.

I was succsfully able to change the subnet mask and default gateway.
