Does anyone know if this is possible on a CIX/CTX 670? Controlled through COS maybe?? I just can not seem to find anything to configure.

Limit call times as in controlling at what time people can make a call to a different area code?

Or do you mean limit call durations by area code?

Limit what time people can make calls to a diffent area code -- IE we are in Missouri and do not want any calls made to California before 10 am our time.

You could use a combination of day/day2/night mode with different DRL levels in each mode to allow/block calls to that area code.

It can't be done using different COS levels.

I believe it can be done in LCR by specifying a start time for time zones 1,2,3.

I would hate to have to program something like that ... it would be rather complex I'd imagine.

That is what it sounded like to me. If that is what the OP means, then it can't be done.

I could not remember if you could specify different DRL for different Day modes. With LCR you can allow or deny access to OLGs, I don't see how to use differnt DRLs for differnt OLGs, except possibbly setting up call by call.

In station basic P200 you can set different DRL to day/day2/night and setup call barring on time of day with the automatic day/night mode.

LCR would be messy and not quite what the OP was after.
