Having a problem and wonder if anyone else has had this. I have a customer with a 3 cabinet dk424 w/ a c/d proc. I upgraded the s/w to 4.3 and installed a pri circut. Everything work's ok but....the last 32 ports of the system cant call out. They can receive calls. They are all in the 3rd cabinet, replaced cabinet and power supply, also main cabinet and power supply. Initialized system and just programmed pri and phones call out ok. As soon as I uploaded the programming with dk admin, problem happened again, I found if I put a phone number in prg *68-2, the phone's will call out ok, with *68-2 blank no outboud call's. all the other ports work ok. I need some of these phone's to send a seperate number using *69. I dont want to reprogram the system by hand (3 acd group's, many phantoms, etc. etc.) any suggestion's would be greatly appreaciated.
Thank's, Dave.

What do you have for *69-1 for the affected stations? Are they set the same as the unaffected stations?

Yes, it's the same for every station in the system. Right now I'm just sending out one number, but eventually, they want to send out three different numbers. I can change *69-1 to a different index and unaffected stations will follow programming. But until I get this figured out, I'm making every station the same.
Thank's, Dave.

Are you trying to append to the index number using *09. If so, check *09 for the affected ports and see if they have valid DN numbers that, when appended, send out a total of 10 digits and that the phone number sent out is accepted by telco.

No, if I understand correctly, the info I input for *69-2 is (2-xxxxxxxxxx). 2 for fixed number then a 10 digit phone number that is associated with the pri circut.

Phonemeister, I went on site this morning and checked *09, the affected port's had no info in *09. gave them digits and problem was solved. I have no idea why the original installer took away the digits for 32 ports. Thank you for helping me with this problem.
Dave.
